Our pralines are made by hand using sugar, margarine, vanilla extract and
pecans.  Our unique process of slow cooking gives our pralines a creamy
taste.  Our pralines are made at a state of the art facility located in the middle
of the sugar cane fields of south Louisiana.  Each pecan praline is hand
scooped and hand wrapped.
